These terms apply to the use of the omarsverk.is website and to reports sent through it. They do not replace an agreement for a specific job; that is made separately in each case.

Service descriptions on this site are general. Scope, method and price depend on the conditions on site and are confirmed separately before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.

A report sent through the form is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking. A job is not ordered until we have confirmed it.

This site is not an emergency line. If water is actively running, if there is a risk of damage or in any urgent situation, call rather than submitting the form.

Ómars þjónustan ehf. undertakes work within its own trade. Work requiring a licensed trade the company does not hold is not undertaken but referred to the proper party. This is set out in more detail on the scope-of-service page.

Photographs taken during inspection and work form part of the case record and are provided to the customer. They are not published publicly except with the specific agreement of the owner or the húsfélag.

The text, layout and marks on this site belong to Ómars þjónustan ehf. Photographs sourced from stock libraries are credited separately in the project documentation together with their source and licence.
